Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Returned products have a 15% restocking fee.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase must be included inside the box.

Instructions for Returns To complete your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the return is boxed up in all original packaging.
  2. Confirm that the item is unused, as only unused items can be eligible for resale.
  3. Log in to your kacako.shop account.
  4. In the upper right hand corner click on your account profile
  5. From the orders section find the order with the product you would like to return.
  6. From the drop down menu select the reason for the return.  If the reason for return is not provided in the drop down then please provide notes in the option text box below.  Then select the green request return.
  7. In the upper right corner select request return
  8. If done properly you will receive an email with your return request.  A member of our staff will review your return request within 5 business days. 
  9. Once reviewed you will receive either an approval or decline notification via email.
  10. If approved our staff can provide a shipping option for you on how to pay for your shipping.  If you prefer to ship on your own then we suggest to request a tracking number from your shipping in order to track your package.

Items Not Eligible for Returns The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Gift cards.
  2. Any product that has been used, even slightly.
  3. Any product missing components from the original packaging.
  4. Any item returned after the 30-day window.

Any item received with the above conditions will not be refunded and will be considered destroyed merchandise.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges You may exchange your item by providing specific information in the return section of your item. Please include details of the item you wish to return and what you would like to exchange it for.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
